DocPoint x Artek Lounge

Located at the heart of the DocPoint Festival Centre at Bio Rex Lasipalatsi, DocPoint x Artek Lounge is a relaxed meeting place amid the festival buzz. The inspiring setting offers the perfect place to catch your breath, and share your thoughts with fellow documentary film lovers. In the lounge, you can spend time between screenings, meet friends, dive into conversations about the festival films, or unwind by browsing a book selection curated around the festival’s themed series. You’re also welcome to enjoy refreshments, coffee, and snacks. The cinema bar at Bio Rex Lasipalatsi is open whenever the theatre is open.

The DocPoint x Artek Lounge opens on Tuesday, 3 February at 15.30 and will remain open until Sunday evening, 8 February. The lounge is located on the second floor of Lasipalatsi, in the outer foyer next to the festival centre.

The DocPoint x Artek Lounge is created in collaboration with Artek, Johanna Gullichsen, and Amos Rex Shop. Welcome to relax, get inspired, and linger a little longer.

Accessibility

Bio Rex is partially accessible. The accessible entrance to Bio Rex is not through the main entrance, but from the other side of the building via Lasipalatsi Square. The door to the accessible entrance is marked Amos Rex.

Unfortunately, the outer foyer is not accessible. There are four steps between the inner and outer foyers.
